• YOUR BEHAVIOR. Please provide only accurate data on the TimeXtension™ website (the “Site”).  This is important.  Inaccurate or false data would destroy the effort of those who conscientiously enter accurate data towards accurate scientific results for the best of all. • YOUR HEALTH. At TimeXtension™ we are dedicated to improving the health of everyone, We are not medical doctors and we do not provide medical advice.  Interventions or products featured on the TimeXtension™ website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and interventions or products featured on the TimeXtension™ website may not have been evaluated or approved by a government agency or NGO. TimeXtension does not warrant the safety or efficacy of any intervention or product featured on the TimeXtension™ website.  Please consult your medical doctor before engaging in any intervention or using any product featured on the TimeXtension™ website. If you suffer any adverse effect from any such intervention or product, please inform your physician and seek immediate medical advice.  Please also inform us at TimeXtension, so that we may do our best to inform our community about them, in full confidentiality of course. We endeavor to facilitate the assessment of particularly safe interventions, but the risk is never zero; one may for example be allergic to peaches or strawberries. We will provide overall statistics of interventions on various health parameters, please consider them as statistics only and not a total proof that some particular intervention is good or bad in general.

• YOUR NOMINATIVE DATA. You consent to TimeXtension™s use of your data as follows:  When you provide data to TimeXtension, voluntarily (e.g. date of birth) or not (e.g. visits to the TimeXtension™ website), we keep it in two sets. The first set is your nominative data, personal and individual (e.g. contact details and demographics such as name, email address, gender, health parameters, purchase history, preferences and visits to the website).  We keep the nominative dataset for the internal use of TimeXtension or any company with which it may integrate to provide our service and try to improve it, or to contact you in case of an unforeseen issue was detected with any intervention, product or service you receive(d) at or through TimeXtension.  TimeXtension will keep your data in compliance with GDPR, to the best of our ability.  TimeXtension will not sell your nominative data.

• ANONYMIZED DATA. The second set of data is anonymized, in that we do not store your name, email or address and the days of months (for the date of birth, of registration, of health measures, etc.). In our sole discretion, we may try to profit from the anonymized set of data or corresponding statistics, for example to provide information on what type of population buys what type of product. We intend to provide anonymized data to research labs for collaborations that would benefit your health and that of humanity. At this stage of writing all this is not sure as we need to make sure we act ethically and examine the laws.

• PRICES. Testing interventions is relatively expensive. Our overall positioning is to sell items at or below the price at which you would find the products elsewhere. We hope to make the participation to collective assessments of interventions free, thanks to sponsors, while making it not expensive otherwise.

• DISPUTES. We hope that no disputes will ever arise between us.  If they do, TimeXtension is a division of ActuRx SA, a company organized and operating under, the laws of France.  This Agreement is governed by and shall be interpreted under the laws of France.  You expressly agree that all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or in any way relating to your use of our products, services or website, including any claim involving ActuRX, TimeXtension™, or their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, attorneys, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers, shall be determined by final and binding arbitration in Paris, France by and pursuant to rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, in French, under the laws of the French Republic, without regard to conflicts of law, and waiving all claim to forum non conveniens.  Failure to pay any cost or fee requested by the Arbitrator, or to willfully breach the arbitration rules or disobey any order of the Arbitrator, shall be grounds for entry of default. You expressly agree to personal jurisdiction and venue with regard to the above arbitration, waiving all claim to forum non convenience.  The Arbitrator may award the prevailing party costs and attorney’s fees, including reasonable compensation to in-house counsel.  The Arbitrator’s award may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

• AMENDMENTS. TimeXtension may amend these Terms of Use at any time without notice by posting amendments to the TimeXtension™ website.  Please consult the TimeXtension™ website to be aware of the latest Terms of Use.
